By placing an order with Receptor Distribution, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Receptor Distribution are intended for in vitro research and laboratory use only. Our products are not intended for human consumption, medical diagnosis, therapeutic use, or any other non-research application. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or representing a research institution.

2. Eligibility

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research chemicals in their jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are submitted through our website. No payment is processed online. After submitting your order, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours with payment instructions. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.

4. Shipping

All orders are dispatched from the UK within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We ship to the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. We do not ship within China or to Italy. Shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 5–14 business days.

5. Product Quality

Every batch is independently tested and verified at ≥99% purity. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is included with every shipment. If you receive a product that does not meet this standard, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If a product arrives damaged or does not match the CoA specifications, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

7. Liability

Receptor Distribution is not liable for any misuse of our products. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring products are used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential and used solely for processing and shipping your order. We do not share your data with third parties.
